Novotel Chennai Omr

During my recent business trip, the Novotel Chennai OMR, chosen by my director, provided an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. The hotel impressed me with its clean and well-maintained rooms, which created a comfortable atmosphere after a long day of meetings. The fitness center was open 24/7 and well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine. I particularly appreciated the family-friendly swimming pool, which was a refreshing escape. The breakfast and dinner offerings were really good, with great service from the restaurant staff, including the skilled chefs who ensured my dining experiences were good.

clean property with courteous staff with a very good customer service. all in all marvellous and peaceful setting just next door to airport, restaurant and mahabalipuram. plus, 10 minutes drive from a whimsical amusement park.

The location is fantastic, right by the expressway, and the staff really make you feel welcome. The clean rooms and delicious food were highlights. Plus, the kids loved all the activities.

The rooms were stylish and neat with universal sockets and the goodies and ZERO toiletries, the breakfast was above average.

It was truly a very nice stay for 3 Nights, the hotel exceeded high expectations. Location: the venue was very close to the center and beach and parks and nearby areas. We stopped by Kumarakom for coffee and treats, it was not very far from the hotel:)))

The room was impeccably maintained, and I thoroughly enjoyed in-room dining, which was excellent. The staff were attentive, especially Mr Adithya, who made sure all guests were well taken care of. The variety of amenities offered added a special touch, making for a comforting experience overall.

The room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. It had a nice sitting area and the bed felt super cozy. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries. The staff in the restaurant were great. I encountered some issues . The cleanliness in the bathroom wasn't satisfactory, especially the toilet, which could have been much better. Room service was also slow. It took quite a while to get my order, and I received cold food. The Wi-Fi connection in the restaurant was poor. While there were elements that I liked, the service and cleanliness aspects definitely need some attention.

I had a great stay with excellent room comfort and a perfect location for relaxation. The staff were friendly, making me feel right at home.

Clean rooms, great pool and food. Wi-fi was slow. Staff friendly and helpful.

I asked for a top-floor room during check-in, but the receptionist promised to call me later without confirming anything. I ended up waiting for hours and got no call. Super frustrating! Plus, the food tray stank all night.

the view was great, adding to the overall experience. breakfast was quite good, offering a decent variety. the pool was well-maintained and had fun floating equipment, which was perfect for kids.

Not one thing was handled well. 😕.

100% recommend for a trip

Clean room, great food, especially during the seafood festival, added an enjoyable experience to our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the area, conveniently situated just 25 km from the airport.

There were delays in laundry service and reception responsiveness that marred the overall experience. The food was commendable, showcasing authentic flavors and attentive service.

The staff impressed me with their attentiveness and the pool area offered a relaxing getaway. Some room amenities could use better maintenance. A nice experience that I'd love to revisit.
